Which routes does this county publish?

Monroe's official appraiser page describes a Confidential Status Request. The indexed page says employment proof can include an agency identification badge. It requires a separate form for every parcel or account. The same page identifies separate Clerk and Water and Sewer requests. Direct access to the appraiser page remains blocked, and its current downloadable form is unverified. Official source.

The Clerk's current Official Record Forms page links Removal of Exempt Information. That one-page form separates Official Records from court records. For Official Records, it asks for instrument number, book, page, and document type. The court section instead asks for case number, document name, and page. Official source.

The form lists Key West, Marathon, and Plantation Key office locations. It includes a signature and exemption-type checkboxes. It does not print a notary acknowledgment or an email submission route. That absence is not a legal conclusion that notarization is unnecessary. The current statutory procedure still needs reconciliation with the office. Official source.

Monroe's appraiser excerpt also distinguishes release of confidential information from cancellation of confidential status. It names a representative-access form and a separate removal-of-status form. Their current downloadable contents, revision dates, and submission instructions have not been verified. The draft therefore links the office's published route and leaves those details open. Official source.

The Clerk form offers three signing capacities. A person may sign for themselves, as an attorney, or as a legal guardian. The latter two fields ask the signer to specify that role. Its exemption checkboxes separately identify an exempt profession, a spouse of an exempt professional, and several financial identifiers. Those choices describe the requested redaction rather than a promise that every selected item qualifies. The form's office-use section records receipt, forwarding, completion, and the processing clerk. Official source.

The same form prints three delivery locations. Key West uses 500 Whitehead Street. Marathon uses 3117 Overseas Highway. Plantation Key uses 88770 Overseas Highway. The printed addresses identify Clerk locations, not appraiser filing instructions. The separate Official Records and Court Records tables matter because each uses different document identifiers. A court case number cannot replace the instrument, book, and page fields in the Official Records table. Official source.
