Which routes does this county publish?

Collier's current Property Appraiser confidentiality form is revised February 10, 2026. It requires a separate request for each property. The office uses a fictitious name in its record system. The form also specifies that the selected name and address will appear in appraiser records, including the internet. Official source.

For employment-based applications, the PDF requires proof of current or former employment. It gives an employee badge or pay stub as examples. It explicitly rejects business cards. A supervisor certification appears later in the form. A notary must witness the applicant's acknowledgment. These requirements describe Collier's published procedure, not a decision that an applicant qualifies. Official source.

The form distinguishes delivery of tax notices from confidentiality of a protected legal name. It requires a name and postal destination for tax-related mail. For a property receiving homestead exemption, the form says the mailing address must be the site address. That instruction should be checked with the office before changing the tax-roll mailing destination. Official source.

Return instructions name the Exemptions Department at 3950 Radio Road, Naples, FL 34104. The PDF lists 239-252-8141 for the office and 239-252-2071 for fax. It does not publish an email submission destination in the return block reviewed here. The draft therefore does not substitute a general email address. Official source.

The applicant must notify the appraiser in writing after selling a property or buying another one. The form also requires notice after moving from or renting the property. It warns that confidentiality cannot retrieve documents previously disclosed to third parties. It also warns that obscuring an appraiser entry provides limited protection where other recording sources remain. Official source.

Collier's Clerk supplies a separate non-judicial redaction request. The linked procedure carries a June 25, 2021 revision. It asks the requestor to identify the instruments, books, and pages requiring redaction. Only identified documents are covered. Future recorded documents require another request. The older category list must be compared with current law. Official source.

The Clerk's form preserves grantor, grantee, and party names unless a name contains the street address. It also explains that unredacted information can reach authorized government offices and title professionals. To address appraiser or collector records, it directs separate written requests. The published collector contact is 239-252-8172. Official source.
