Privacy policy
This policy covers golowprofile.com. Work we do for a family is covered by a separate written agreement, which explains how we handle the details that work needs.
What we collect
When you send a request. Your first name, email address, who you're asking for, what prompted the request, the service and timing you chose, and anything you write in the message box. We ask you not to include a home address. A spam check from Cloudflare, called Turnstile, confirms a person is sending the form. It doesn't use tracking cookies.
When you email us. Your email address, your name if your email shows it, and what you write. Attachments aren't saved in our inbox.
When you browse. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data such as your IP address to deliver pages, block abuse and limit repeated form submissions. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. It tells us which pages are read, how people found them and how fast they load. We don't use advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
When you take the Stranger Test. Nothing. The test runs in your browser and your answers are never sent to us or stored.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and confirm the scope and price of the work.
- To keep a record of who asked for what, so we don't contact anyone twice.
- To sort messages and draft replies. We use Workers AI, Cloudflare's AI service, on the same network that hosts this site. Cloudflare doesn't keep the text after answering or use it to train AI models, and we keep AI logging off. A person reads every reply before it's sent.
We don't sell, rent or share your details for marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list.
Where it's stored
Requests and emails are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which encrypts data at rest. Only Go Low Profile can read it. When a new request arrives, we get a short notice by email with a case number, not your details.
How long we keep it
If a request or email doesn't lead to work, it's deleted automatically within 12 months. If it does, it moves into your client file and follows the retention rules in your agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email hello@golowprofile.com, or send a request through the request form, choose "Something else" and say what you'd like. We'll confirm by email.
Children
This website isn't meant for children, and the request form is for adults asking for their own household or a client.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
