Which routes does this county publish?

Miami-Dade publishes separate Property Appraiser and Clerk confidentiality routes. Its appraiser request can be mailed or emailed. The Clerk handles recorded-document redaction separately. The appraiser also identifies a third route for Water and Sewer account information. These requests address different records held by different offices. Official source.

The current appraiser PDF is headed Public Records Exemption Request. Its printed revision reads Rev.722025. The PDF explicitly calls the submission a notarization request. A required notary acknowledgment appears at the end, with physical-presence and online-notarization options. The downloadable form supplies the procedure; it does not decide whether a household falls within the current statute. Official source.

For an employment-based request, the appraiser asks for proof of current or former employment where applicable. Its examples include an employee ID, business card, or official employer human-resources verification. The form also distinguishes the protected person from a spouse or child. It asks spouses for a marriage certificate and children for a birth certificate. Official source.

The appraiser PDF gives an email destination, PAWEBMAIL@MIAMIDADEPA.GOV. Its mailing destination is 111 NW 1st Street, Suite 710, Miami, FL 33128-1984. The applicant must notify the appraiser when a status change ends the claimed exemption. The form warns that withholding information can affect notices from agencies using the tax roll. Official source.

The appraiser page offers another route for an eligible agency. The agency may submit a list on its own letterhead. The published list requirements include the individuals, their titles, and the relevant folio identifiers. That route belongs to the agency and the appraiser. This page does not accept those documents or personal details. Official source.

The Clerk's Official Records page requires a notarization request stating the statutory basis and confirming eligibility. Its published routes include mail, an in-person visit, and cocoffrec@miamidade.gov. The Clerk preserves grantor, grantee, and party names in the index, except when the name itself contains the street address. Official source.

For Water and Sewer records, the appraiser page links an Account Information Blocking form. It gives the Customer Service Division at 3071 SW 38th Avenue as the mailing destination. A separate mailing-address-change procedure also exists. Updating the postal destination is distinct from requesting statutory confidentiality. Official source.
