# Our promises and who we turn away

What Go Low Profile always does and never does, and the households we decline, such as anyone avoiding a lawsuit, creditors, a custody order or service of process.

Our promises

# Know exactly what we will and won't do.

These rules keep families safe and keep our work clearly outside legal practice. We hold ourselves to them with every family.

## We always

- Screen every family and record why they want privacy.
- Get your signed permission before acting as your authorized agent.
- Say "not legal advice" at signup and on every report and brief.
- Keep the least data we can, encrypted, and delete what we don't need after setup.
- Tell you what we can't remove, like an existing deed.
- Let you keep your full report, even if you stop paying.
- Use official forms and agent channels, and have a person complete CAPTCHAs and phone checks.

## We never

- Choose, recommend or draft trusts, LLCs, deeds or any legal document.
- Act as a trustee, nominee manager or registered agent.
- Help anyone hide from creditors, courts, police or a co-parent.
- Sell alias identities or enroll anyone in a program they don't qualify for.
- Run a report on someone who didn't ask for it.
- Promise invisibility or call a report a guarantee.
- Pay attorneys, advisors or real estate agents for referrals.
- See or store your passwords.
- Bypass a site's CAPTCHA or security checks.

## Who we don't work with

Privacy is for safety, not for avoiding obligations. Every adult answers these questions before work starts. A yes to any of them means a full refund and a suggestion to talk to a lawyer.

- Someone with a pending lawsuit, judgment or bankruptcy, or creditors they're avoiding
- Someone in a custody dispute over where a child lives
- Someone subject to a restraining or protective order
- Someone avoiding service of legal papers or police
- Anyone asking us to find, locate or report on another person
- Anyone who can't verify their identity with a photo ID

**Escaping abuse?** Most states, including Florida, run a free Address Confidentiality Program that keeps your address out of public records. The National Domestic Violence Hotline, 1-800-799-7233, can connect you. We'll point you there rather than sell you a service.

## Why storing less is part of the service

A list of our clients would show where wealthy families live. So we collect only what each step needs, keep it encrypted and delete it once setup is done.
