## Which routes does this county publish?

Sarasota's appraiser FAQ separates public ownership records from confidential tax applications. It says ownership records are generally public under Chapter 119. Its confidentiality answer directs potentially protected applicants to the Download Forms page. Its occupational examples are a summary, so the current statute controls the full category wording and conditions. [Official source](https://www.sarasotapropertyappraiser.gov/our-office/faqs/).

The same FAQ says homestead applications and tax returns receive separate confidentiality treatment under section 193.074. It identifies court orders and orders from an administrative body with quasi-judicial powers in ad valorem tax matters as exceptions. Confidentiality of an application does not establish that every public ownership entry has been removed. [Official source](https://www.sarasotapropertyappraiser.gov/our-office/faqs/).

The appraiser's current contact page names Brian Loughrey for records requests. It publishes PA@SarasotaPropertyAppraiser.gov, telephone 941-861-8200, and fax 941-861-8260. Mail goes to 2001 Adams Lane, Sarasota, FL 34237. The same page directs general inquiries through Contact a Department or physical mail. These published records contacts provide an office route without implying approval of any request. [Official source](https://www.sarasotapropertyappraiser.gov/contact-us/).

Sarasota also lists a Venice office at the R.L. Anderson Administration Center, 4000 South Tamiami Trail, Room 1100. Its North Port office is in City Hall at 4970 City Hall Boulevard, Room 128a. Published office hours run Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The page separately lists additional North Port holiday closures. [Official source](https://www.sarasotapropertyappraiser.gov/contact-us/).

The Clerk's Public Records Exemption Forms page supplies a separate Public Servant Request for Exemption. The page describes its forms as requests to keep an image from being visible on the Internet. It separately lists a release-of-redacted-information request, Social Security number removal, financial-account-number removal, and military-separation-document removal. Those separate forms should not be substituted for each other. [Official source](https://www.sarasotaclerk.com/About-Us/Forms/Public-Records-Exemption-Forms).

The Clerk publishes PO Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230-3079, and 941-861-7400. The appraiser FAQ confirms that recorded deeds and mortgages belong to the Clerk, which is not affiliated with the appraiser. The FAQ also lists owner-name and property-address searches for the appraiser map. No person, address, or parcel was searched for this reference. [Official source](https://www.sarasotapropertyappraiser.gov/our-office/faqs/).
