## For attorneys and brokers

When a family is buying, their attorney gets a facts-only brief. It lists where the family's address leaks now and which records the purchase would add to.

The brief never names a structure, a state or an entity type, and it isn't legal advice. Titling decisions stay with the attorney.

We never pay or accept referral fees. The family pays each of us separately, and nothing changes hands between us.

## Questions from staff

### Can we arrange this without the principal on a call?

Yes. There's no sales call for a Review or a Cleanup. The principal only verifies their identity and signs their own forms. A Move Kit adds one 20-minute call about dates, which you can take.

### Can you check our nannies, staff or tenants?
